1. Go to Sarathi and pick your state
   Visit Sarathi → “Driving Licence Related Services” → Choose State. Click Services on DL. Parivahan
   Tip: If both renewal + address change, you can select both services in one workflow.

2. Enter DL details
   Fill DL number and DOB to fetch your record. The portal shows your current address and categories. Parivahan

3. Select services
   Choose “Renewal of DL” and “Change of Address in DL” (if needed). Proceed. Parivahan

4. Upload forms & documents

• Form 1 (self-declaration).
